What this experiment does
This experiment estimates energy expenditure from distance, body mass, and a representative easy pace, then divides by configurable food calorie references.
It is an energy-comparison novelty, not a dieting tool and not medical advice.
How it works
Uses the same ACSM-style running calorie estimate as the serious energy tools, then divides total kcal by each food’s approximate kcal.
Food kcal values are round entertainment figures. Real pizzas vary. So do metabolisms.
Frequently asked questions
Should I eat based on this?
No. Use it for sharing and curiosity. For training fuel estimates, open the running calorie calculator.
