What this experiment does
This experiment estimates time-on-feet from weekly volume and a typical easy pace, then multiplies across years.
It also shows a playful share of waking life — assuming 16 waking hours per day.
How it works
Weekly hours = weekly km × seconds per km ÷ 3600. Lifetime hours = weekly hours × 52 × years. Days = hours ÷ 24.
Assumes every week looks like the week you entered. Vacations, taper weeks, and sofa time are not modelled.

Why easy pace?
Most lifetime volume is easy running. Use a representative easy pace, not your 5K PR, for a fairer estimate.
Is waking-life percent exact?
