Canonical pace conversion dataset from 2:30/km to 12:00/km in 5-second steps. Each row lists min/km, min/mile, km/h, mph, and equivalent treadmill belt speed.
This is the full dataset. Focused conversion pages on this site are filtered views of the same arithmetic.
Method
Pace per km is the table key. Pace per mile = pace per km × 1.609344. km/h = 3600 ÷ seconds per km. mph = km/h ÷ 1.609344.
Treadmill km/h equals running km/h at zero grade. Treadmill mph is the belt speed in miles per hour at the same pace.
Range: 2:30/km (24.0 km/h) to 12:00/km (5.0 km/h) in 5-second steps. Speed values round to one decimal place.
Limits
Flat treadmill, zero grade. Incline changes the effort at a given belt speed.
