What this result means
A treadmill chart answers two questions at once: how long until I hit this distance, and how far do I go in this many minutes. Enter one belt speed. Read the table.
It is not the pace board. The pace board starts from pace and fills race finish clocks including ultras. This chart starts from belt speed and stays on common treadmill session markers. For 15K, half, marathon, and a 90-minute row, open the treadmill board.
At 12.0 km/h, 1 km takes 5:00, 1 mile about 8:03, 5K is 25:00, 10K is 50:00. In 20 minutes you cover 4.0 km; in 60 minutes, 12.0 km.
At 10.0 km/h, 5K is 30:00 and a 45-minute session covers 7.5 km. Switch to mph and the same identity holds with 1.609344 km per mile.
Calculation method
Time = distance × (3600 ÷ km/h). Distance = km/h × (minutes ÷ 60). Pace rows use the same belt identity as the treadmill pace calculator.

Holding a belt speed for a full 10K on a treadmill is still a human problem. The table assumes constant speed for the numbers you typed.

How long is a 5K at 12 km/h?
25:00 if you never change the belt. The chart also shows 1 km in 5:00, about 8:03 for a mile, and 50:00 for 10K at that same speed.
How far do I go in 30 minutes at 12 km/h?
6.0 kilometres. At the same speed, 20 minutes is 4.0 km and 60 minutes is 12.0 km. Those rows assume constant belt speed.
Is this the same as the pace board?
No. The pace board multiplies a pace by many race distances, including ultras. This chart starts from belt speed and focuses on treadmill session markers: short distances and 20–60 minute blocks. The treadmill board adds half marathon, marathon, and 90 minutes.
